The kit is compatible with ABI 3500/xL and ABI 3130 platforms for detection and analysis. It has been tested on over 400 samples and is suitable for DNA extracted from various sources, including hair roots, bone DNA, and direct samples (without extraction) using GT BLB (Blood Lysis Buffer) and filter papers (GT DBC or GT DBC Blue).

The kit contains all necessary reagents and buffers for multiplex PCR (Box A), including Primer Mix, PCR Master Mix, and GT HS Taq DNA Pol. It also includes GT InDel Detector Allelic Ladder, GTM5 Matrix Standard for genetic analyzer calibration, and GT500 Size Standard (Box B).
