McBead™ -6 Magnet Stand
MCLAB’s McBead™-6 magnetic stand is designed for efficient and simple separation of paramagnetic beads from 1.5-2 mL tubes. Extremely strong magnets are utilized for rapid magnetic response and separation. The magnetic stand is applicable for a wide selection of experiments relating to magnetic beads.
Recombinant Protein G
Recombinant Protein G is an immunoglobulin-binding protein derived from the cell wall of certain strains of beta-hemolytic Streptococci. It binds with high affinity to the Fc portion of various classes and subclasses of immunoglobulins from a variety of species.
Recombinant Protein A
Recombinant Protein A is an immunoglobulin-binding protein derived from the cell wall of the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus. It is comprised of five homologous Ig-binding domains that fold into a three-helix bundle. Each domain is able to bind proteins from many of mammalian species, most notably IgGs. Protein A binds with high affinity to human IgG1 and IgG2 as well as mouse IgG2a and IgG2b.
SDS Low Molecular Weight Running Buffer
SDS Low Molecular Weight Running Buffer is formulated for separating small- to medium-sized proteins on TrenXTM gels.
Antifoam 204
Contains 100% active components and is a mixture of organic non - silicone polypropylene based polyether dispersions. Can be sterilized repeatedly.
NTA Agarose for His-tagged Recombinant Proteins
Ni2+, Co2+, Cu2+, or Zn2+ charged nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) coupled to Agarose CL-6B via a stable and uncharged long ether hydrophilic spacer arm, and offers high binding capacity and minimal non-specific binding.
McBead™ -15 Magnet Stand
MCLAB’s McBead™-15 magnetic stand is designed for efficient and simple separation of paramagnetic beads from 15 mL tubes. Extremely strong magnets are utilized for rapid magnetic response and separation. The magnetic stand is applicable for a wide selection of experiments relating to magnetic beads.
Recombinant Protein G, Biotinylated
Recombinant Protein G is an immunoglobulin-binding protein derived from the cell wall of certain strains of beta-hemolytic Streptococci. It binds with high affinity to the Fc portion of various classes and subclasses of immunoglobulins from a variety of species.
