Czytaj więcejDescription:
The SupreDye™ v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit is a high-performance and cost-effective tool for Sanger DNA sequencing. Designed for longer read lengths—such as de novo sequencing or resequencing—the kit provides all necessary components for sequencing (excluding template and primer) in a user-friendly, pre-mixed format. This kit serves as a full-featured alternative to the BigDye® Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit.
The kit functions as a plug-and-play replacement for BigDye® Terminator—no protocol adjustments, volume changes, or instrument reconfigurations are needed. It is fully compatible with both AdvancedSeq and ABI products in the Sanger sequencing workflow.
The SupreDye Cycle Sequencing Kit (top panel) shows significantly better signal intensity and uniformity compared to Vendor T (bottom panel).
Benefits:
Proven high performance
Widely accepted by the scientific community
Enhanced robustness for challenging templates
Uniform peak heights and long read lengths
Kit Contents:
The kit includes SupreDye™ Cycle Sequencing Mixture, 5× sequencing buffer, pGEM DNA control, and M13(-21) primer.
