Description:
PwrPOP™ polymers are high-quality separation matrices designed for capillary electrophoresis (CE), fully compatible with ABI instruments (model 310/3100) and ABI buffers. They are an ideal alternative to POP™-4 polymers, offering reliable performance for both DNA sequencing and fragment analysis. The polymers are compatible with BigDye® and SupreDye™ chemistries.
These polymers have a limited shelf life and should be used before the expiration date to avoid poor sequencing results, array contamination, or reduced array lifespan.
The image shows the result of a sequencing sample analysis performed on the ABI 3130xl Genetic Analyzer using PwrPOP™ polymer. The data was processed using Sequencing Analysis software v5.4.
