Czytaj więcejDescription:
2X PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use mixture for quick and easy PCR reaction setup. It contains everything necessary for efficient and reliable DNA amplification: Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and stabilizers. The master mix allows reaction setup in under a minute by simply adding primers and DNA templates, saving time and reducing the risk of contamination thanks to fewer pipetting steps—especially beneficial when preparing a large number of reactions.
The mix is optimized for robust and reproducible amplification of DNA templates with high yields. Taq DNA polymerase is derived from the thermophilic bacterium Thermus aquaticus and is highly thermostable. It exhibits 5’→3’ DNA polymerase activity and 5’→3’ exonuclease activity but lacks 3’→5’ exonuclease (proofreading) activity. PCR fragments generated with this polymerase have 3′-dA overhangs, making them ideal for TA cloning.
Taq DNA polymerase can amplify DNA targets up to 5 kb in length. The elongation rate is approximately 1 kb per minute at 72 °C.
The image shows PCR results using the 2X PCR Master Mix. Electrophoresis clearly demonstrates successful DNA amplification in the samples, with PCR products of the expected sizes clearly visible. The image confirms the reliability and quality of the PCR mix, delivering clean and reproducible results in every run.
