The One-Step RT-qPCR Kit (Probe-Based) is a highly sensitive and specific real-time PCR kit that utilizes fluorescent probes. This kit enables one-step detection and quantification of RNA—both reverse transcription and subsequent PCR amplification are performed in a single tube, saving time and reducing the risk of contamination.
A specially optimized mix of enzymes and buffers ensures rapid and efficient cDNA synthesis as well as amplification of the target sequence. High specificity is achieved through the use of fluorescent probes that recognize only the target sequence, thereby minimizing the formation of nonspecific products. The kit is compatible with most real-time PCR instruments thanks to the included ROX reference dye for signal normalization.
