ADS™ Refill Running Buffer for the 3500 Series is a replacement running buffer designed for use with AB 3500/3500XL genetic analyzers. This buffer is part of the AdvancedSeq reagent portfolio for Sanger sequencing and capillary electrophoresis and is formulated as a direct alternative to the original ABI manufacturer buffers, offering comparable performance and compatibility. It is also supplied with new RFID (radio-frequency identification) electronic tags, which replace the original ABI RFID tags for monitoring and tracking buffer usage.
