Flash Protein Ladder, 10-245 kDa

Description

The Flash Protein Ladder contains a three color, 12 protein ladder that resolve into sharp, tight bands in the range of 10-245 kDa. The Flash Protein Ladder allows you to monitor molecular weight separation during electrophoresis, estimate molecular weights of proteins of interest, and evaluate western transfer efficiency.

Aplication

The Flash pre-stained Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and verifying Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for estimating protein mass. The ladder is supplied in gel loading buffer for immediate use. Do not heat, dilute or add reducing agent before loading.

Use 3 µl to 5 µl per well for in gel visualization, or 2.5 µl per well for western blotting.

Storage Buffer:  62.5 mM Tris-H3PO4 (pH 7.5 at 25 °C), 1 mM EDTA, 2% SDS, 10 mM DTT, 1 mM NaN3, 33% glycerol.

Recommended Storage Conditions

Stable for up to 3 months at 4°C.

Stable for up to 2 weeks at 25°C.

For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
