Description:

The SupreDye™ v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit is a high-performance and cost-effective tool for Sanger DNA sequencing. It is ideal for G-rich templates and templates with secondary structures, such as hairpins. This kit serves as a full-featured alternative to the BigDye® Terminator v3.0 Cycle Sequencing Kit. The kits are used independently, without the need to mix with standard kits to reduce compression.

Compared to Vendor T (bottom panel), the SupreDye chemistry (top panel) demonstrates superior performance when sequencing challenging templates with secondary structures, generating strong and extended read signals.
