Rapid Ligation Master Mix

Description:

Rapid Ligation Master Mix is designed for fast and efficient ligation of DNA fragments with sticky or blunt ends. This ready-to-use 2X master mix contains T4 DNA ligase and special ligation-enhancing components for maximum efficiency.

The master mix can ligate the following types of DNA fragments:

The image shows the result of ligating sticky or blunt-ended DNA using the Rapid Ligation Master Mix over different time periods at 20 °C. The ligated plasmids were transformed into chemically competent DH-5α cells and grown overnight on LB plates containing carbenicillin at 37 °C.
