ADS™ Exo-Alp PCR Cleanup Mix

Description:

ADS™ Exo-Alp PCR Cleanup Mix is an enzymatic mixture designed for post-PCR cleanup of amplification products. It serves as an alternative to the ExoSAP-IT™ PCR Product Cleanup Reagent. The product efficiently degrades residual PCR primers and dephosphorylates dNTPs, preparing the sample for downstream applications. The cleaned PCR product can be directly used for Sanger sequencing, next-generation sequencing (NGS), or single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis.
