The MagnifiQ™ 16 CiTi Converter DNA Methylation Instant Kit is designed for bisulfite conversion and automated magnetic DNA isolation. The kit is designed to ensure complete conversion of unmethylated cytosines while minimizing template degradation and DNA loss during treatment and clean-up. The purification method utilizes the MagnifiQ™ automatic magnetic technology. The eluted, ultra-pure DNA is ideal for use in molecular analyses.
The MagnifiQ™ product line is based on automated nucleic acid isolation using magnetic beads. This method significantly reduces working time and minimizes the risk of errors compared to manual methods. The MagnifiQ™ 16 CiTi Converter DNA Methylation Instant Kit requires no buffer preparation. Simply add samples to the plate and obtain the extracted material within 40 minutes.
