Today, we represent a number of renowned manufacturers of reagents, laboratory consumables, diagnostic kits and bioinformatics software. Our customers include hospital, university, research and private laboratories specializing in genetics, oncology, reproductive medicine and forensic analysis. While our primary markets are the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we also represent selected manufacturers in Poland and other European countries.
We believe that a good distributor should have an in-depth understanding of the products they offer. That is why we operate our own application laboratory, where we evaluate our partners' products before introducing them to our portfolio. This enables us to recommend solutions that have been proven in practice and provide technical support based on first-hand experience rather than catalogue specifications.
We are more than a distributor. We provide service for ABI genetic analyzers, capillary array regeneration and application support. We are a long-standing partner of major conferences and scientific meetings in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. We also organize training courses and workshops, including those for users of SoftGenetics software, and maintain close relationships with laboratory and research professionals. We believe that sharing knowledge and continuous education are an essential part of our work.
A major milestone for our company was the development of our own robotic pipetting system, xTrovert™. Designed as an open automation platform for sample preparation, xTrovert™ offers laboratories affordable and flexible automation without dependence on proprietary consumables. Thanks to its open architecture, user-programmable protocols and compatibility with standard pipette tips and microplates, it gives laboratories the freedom to automate a wide range of workflows.
We are a small company, and we see that as one of our greatest strengths. We know our customers, understand their needs and value personal relationships, responsive communication and long-term cooperation. Our goal is not simply to supply products, but to be a trusted partner laboratories can rely on when implementing new methods, solving technical challenges and supporting their day-to-day work.
