The MagnifiQ™ 16 ExTerminator Instant Kit is designed for automated magnetic DNA purification after a sequencing reaction to remove fluorescent dyes. The purified material is perfectly suited for sequencing on automated DNA sequencers, including the ABI3100, SeqStudio, and other automated genetic analyzers capable of distinguishing the chemical composition of BigDye terminators.
The MagnifiQ™ product line is based on automated nucleic acid isolation using magnetic beads. This method significantly reduces working time and minimizes the risk of errors compared to manual methods. The MagnifiQ™ 16 ExTerminator Instant Kit requires no buffer preparation. Simply add samples to the plate and obtain the extracted material within 23 minutes.
