6th B Chromosome Conference

This June, Olomouc will welcome researchers from around the world for the 6th B Chromosome Conference (6BCC), taking place June 1–4, 2026. Carolina Biosystems is proud to support this international event as one of its sponsors.

Organized by the Centre of Plant Structural and Functional Genomics, Institute of Experimental Botany of the Czech Academy of Sciences, the conference will focus on B chromosomes, genome evolution, cytogenetics, molecular biology, genomics, and other advanced approaches to genetic research. The meeting offers an excellent opportunity for scientists to share their latest discoveries, discuss emerging research directions, and strengthen international collaborations.
