Salus EVO High Throughput Sequencer is a high-performance NGS sequencing platform designed for large-scale genomic analysis requiring high capacity, speed and flexibility. The system combines high data output with parallel sequencing capability.

Salus EVO supports sequencing capacity up to 3000M reads per run and can operate with up to two sequencing chips simultaneously. Depending on the selected Sequencing Reagent Set configuration, the system provides data output from 112.5 Gb up to 1.8 Tb per run with sequencing times approximately 9.5 to 24 hours.

The platform is designed for demanding genomic applications including whole exome sequencing (WES), whole genome sequencing (WGS), single cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics.
