ChimeRMarker® is automated chimerism analysis software designed for fast, accurate and reliable analysis of post-transplant samples. It is intended for monitoring chimerism following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), bone marrow transplantation (BMT), peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (PBSCT) and allogeneic stem cell transplantation.
The software is compatible with major capillary electrophoresis systems, including ABI® PRISM, Applied Biosystems® SeqStudio, Hitachi High-Tech Compact CE Sequencer DS3000, Promega Spectrum Compact CE Systems and Syntol Nanophore® 05. It supports both custom and commercial STR chemistries, including Identifiler®, GlobalFiler™, PowerPlex®, GenePrint® and Investigator®, and operates on Microsoft Windows. Chimerism analysis is fully integrated into the software workflow, eliminating manual data transfer and reducing analytical errors.
ChimeRMarker® automatically identifies donor and recipient peaks, calculates chimerism percentages, supports both single- and double-donor analysis, and enables long-term patient monitoring. The software also includes maternal cell contamination (MCC) analysis, user management, audit trail functionality and comprehensive reporting tools.
