Description:

Lysozyme is an enzyme designed for the efficient disruption of bacterial cell walls, significantly facilitating the extraction of genomic DNA, plasmids, proteins, and the purification of inclusion bodies. The product is derived from chicken egg whites and exhibits higher thermal stability compared to other sources, enhancing its effectiveness particularly in the lysis of Gram-positive bacteria, while also aiding in the lysis of Gram-negative bacteria.
