100 bp DNA Ladder

Description:

This DNA ladder is ready-to-load and designed for sizing and quantification of double-stranded DNA fragments of the following sizes. It contains nine clearly distinguishable bands (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 800, 1000 bp), with the 500 bp band enhanced by a higher concentration for easier orientation on the gel.

• Ready-to-load: The mix is pre-blended with 6X DNA loading buffer, no additional preparation is required before gel application.
