GeneMarker® is genotype analysis software designed for fast, accurate and user-friendly DNA fragment analysis. It integrates advanced analytical technologies to improve processing speed, result accuracy and laboratory workflow efficiency.

The software is compatible with major capillary electrophoresis platforms, including ABI® PRISM, Applied Biosystems SeqStudio™ and Promega Spectrum Compact CE Systems, and supports both custom and commercial 4–6 dye chemistries. Running on Microsoft Windows operating systems, GeneMarker® is an effective alternative to GeneMapper® and Coffalyser.Net.
