Description:
I-5™ Hi-Fi DNA Polymerase is an ultra-fast and high-fidelity DNA polymerase designed for demanding PCR applications. It enables robust amplification of a wide range of templates including genomic DNA, plasmids, BAC clones, and lambda DNA. Its high processivity and speed ensure accurate DNA synthesis with higher fidelity compared to standard Taq polymerase. It is suitable for long and difficult PCR amplifications.
