Description:
I-5™ 2X Hi-Fi PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use PCR mixture containing the high-fidelity I-5™ DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and an optimized reaction buffer. It allows PCR setup by simply adding primers and template DNA. The mix is designed for high accuracy, high yield, and robust amplification of difficult templates such as genomic DNA, plasmids, BAC clones, and lambda DNA.
