Description:
Oligo (dT)25 Magnetic Beads are polymer-based affinity magnetic particles designed for rapid small-scale isolation of mRNA from crude cell lysates or tissues. Isolation is based on hybridization of covalently coupled oligo (dT)25 to the poly(A) tails of eukaryotic mRNA. The isolated mRNA is suitable for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, cDNA library construction, in vitro translation, and gene expression analysis. The protocol can be completed in approximately 15 minutes without prior total RNA purification.

The product is supplied as a suspension in PBS buffer (pH 7.4) containing 0.05% Tween® 20 and 0.05% NaN₃ as a preservative.
