The product is supplied in convenient single-use pouches, ensuring easy handling, reliability, and consistency of results on Applied Biosystems 3500 and SeqStudio™ Flex instruments.

Polymer pouches can be safely sealed using a special cap (4412619) when partially used.
Polymers and buffers must be replaced regularly; the recommended buffer replacement interval is 14 days at room temperature below 25°C or 7 days at higher temperatures.
If a white, flaky residue appears around the capillary (dried polymer remains), simply wipe the area with a damp, lint-free cloth.
If the instrument is not used for an extended period, the buffer does not need to be replaced every 14 days; however, it is important to maintain the solution level to prevent the capillary or array from drying out.
