POP-7™ Polymer is a separation matrix specifically designed for short to long sequencing reads and fragment analysis on Applied Biosystems 3500 and SeqStudio™ Flex instruments. The product is available in convenient single-use pouches, saving time and ensuring consistent and reliable results.

  • Reusable capillaries – allows repeated use of capillaries through a dynamically formed coating that controls electroosmotic flow and ensures reproducible separations.
  • Highly reproducible results – uniform consistency and controlled formulation quality guarantee reliable analyses without unnecessary parameter adjustments.
  • Easy storage – for opened pouches, a cap (4412619) is recommended to ensure safe preservation of the polymer.

Maintenance and Storage:

  • Troubleshooting – in case of unstable electrophoresis current, check for polymer leakage, expiration date, proper pouch installation, and buffer freshness; if necessary, clean the pump and channels according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
