Gel-Out AX is a kit designed for extraction and purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels following electrophoresis. It utilizes AX technology to provide highly pure DNA with excellent recovery efficiency. The kit is suitable for isolation of DNA fragments across a wide size range and delivers DNA ready for downstream molecular biology applications such as cloning, sequencing, and PCR.
