qPCR-HS Mix Probe

Description:
qPCR-HS Mix Probe is a ready-to-use reaction mix for real-time Hot Start PCR designed for use with fluorescent probes, supplied as a 2x concentrate. It contains Taq DNA polymerase blocked with a monoclonal antibody (RUN-HS), which is activated during the initial denaturation step of the PCR. The mix contains all components required for qPCR except the DNA template, primers and fluorescent probes. According to the manufacturer, it is optimized for high specificity.
