Description:
The VWR® Thermal Cycler UNO96 HPL Gradient is a professional gradient PCR thermal cycler designed for accurate and reproducible DNA amplification. The instrument combines a universal 96-well gradient block with a High Pressure Lid (HPL) that ensures optimal contact with samples during PCR reactions and helps reduce evaporation.

The gradient block enables PCR optimization by applying different temperature conditions within a single experiment. Powerful Peltier elements with Long Life Technology provide rapid temperature changes up to 5 °C/s, high temperature accuracy, and stable conditions for a wide range of PCR applications.
