The VWR® Thermal Cycler UNO384 is a professional PCR thermal cycler equipped with a 384-well block and high-pressure heated lid, designed for high-throughput PCR applications. The instrument enables processing of 384-well PCR plates while providing high accuracy, reproducibility, and efficiency for molecular biology workflows.

The VWR® Thermal Cyclers family uses powerful Peltier elements with Long Life Technology, enabling rapid temperature changes of up to 5 °C/s. The specially designed heated lid automatically adjusts its height to different tube and plate sizes.

The UNO384 uses the same software platform as other UNO models, providing intuitive operation, PCR protocol transfer through emulation mode, and extensive internal memory capacity.
