Description:
The VWR® Thermal Cycler UNO96 Gradient is a professional gradient PCR thermal cycler designed for precise PCR optimization and reliable DNA amplification. The instrument features a universal 96-well gradient block with a standard lid compatible with 96 × 0.2 ml PCR tubes, 96-well PCR plates, or 48 × 0.5 ml tubes with flat caps.

The gradient technology allows different temperature conditions to be tested within a single experiment, simplifying PCR optimization and protocol development. The UNO96 Gradient uses 16 individually controlled Peltier elements, enabling the definition of multiple temperature points simultaneously and providing high flexibility during PCR optimization.
