The One-Step RT-qPCR Kit (Dye-Based) enables efficient detection and analysis of DNA using an intercalating fluorescent dye, eliminating the need for sequence-specific probes. The entire process takes place in a single reaction—reverse transcription and qPCR are combined into one step, which greatly simplifies the workflow, reduces contamination risk, and saves time.
The specially developed buffer composition helps resolve secondary structures in nucleic acids and supports complete cDNA synthesis with high specificity of the resulting PCR product. The full process takes approximately 1.5 hours. The unique enzyme and buffer mix ensures consistent performance, lower costs, and faster reaction setup.
The kit is compatible with most real-time PCR instruments thanks to the included ROX reference dye, which enables signal normalization. The resulting product is sensitive, specific, and reproducible across a wide dynamic range. It is suitable for both low-throughput and high-throughput screening and validation applications.
