Preparation guide:

Procedure for preparing tissue culture medium using this solution:

  • Prepare liquid tissue medium using MS, DKW, or another medium as required by the plant
  • Add sugar according to medium volume (typically 30 g per liter), 1 ml/liter PPM, and 3–4 g gellan gum or 6–8 g agar per liter
  • Add the required amount of plant hormone (BAP)
  • Sterilize the medium in an autoclave at 121 °C for 20 minutes at 15 psi
