Preparation guide:

  • Prepare the culture medium (e.g., MS or DKW).
  • Add sugar (~30 g/l), 1 ml/l PPM, and 3–4 g/l gellan gum or 6–8 g/l agar.
  • Add the required amount of GA3 solution.
  • Sterilize in an autoclave at 121 °C for 20 minutes.
  • The medium is ready for use.
