Read moreDescription:
BioDynami DNA/RNA quantification kits are designed for accurate quantification of DNA and RNA samples across a wide concentration range using the Qubit™ fluorometer.
The RNA Quantification High Sensitivity Kit is developed for RNA quantification and includes HS Dye, HS Dilution Buffer, and two RNA standards. The assay is accurate for RNA concentrations ranging from 250 pg/µL to 100 ng/µL, as shown in the graph below. The RNA Quantification High Sensitivity Kit offers several advantages over traditional RNA quantification methods, such as stability, sensitivity, and tolerance to contaminants.
Protocol:
The test procedure is simple – just dilute the HS dye with the dilution buffer, add the RNA sample, and measure the concentration using the Qubit™ fluorometer.
Features:
The kit reduces analysis costs by 50% (compared to the catalog price of the Qubit RNA High Sensitivity product from Thermo Fisher Scientific).
DNA Selectivity and Sensitivity:
Comparison results with the Thermo Fisher Scientific kit confirm the high accuracy and reliability of the BioDynami kit.
Effect of Contaminants:
The tests are well-tolerated by common contaminants such as salts, free nucleotides, solvents, detergents, RNA or protein, as shown in the table below.
