ADS™ 500-Orange Fragment Size Standard is a high-quality internal size standard designed for accurate sizing and quantification of DNA in various fragment analysis applications, such as mutation detection, genotyping, and DNA profiling. This product offers a powerful alternative to the Applied Biosystems® 500 LIZ® Size Standard.

• Contains 16 discrete DNA fragments ranging from 35 bp to 500 bp: 35, 50, 75, 100, 139, 150, 160, 200, 250, 300, 340, 350, 400, 450, 490, and 500 bp
• Ready-to-use on various fluorescence detection instruments, including Applied Biosystems® models (3100, 3130/3130xl, and 3730/3730xl Genetic Analyzers)

Performance Comparison:
ADS™ 500-Orange (upper part of the graph) was tested on the Applied Biosystems® 3100 Genetic Analyzer. Results showed sharp and precise fragments comparable to GeneScan™ 500 LIZ® (lower part of the graph).
