SupreDye™ XT Purification Kit

Description:

The SupreDye™ XT Purification Kit is designed for rapid and efficient purification of sequencing reactions. This kit removes unincorporated components from extension products and is compatible with both BigDye® and SupreDye™ chemistries. Its simple and fast process eliminates so-called "dye blobs," resulting in cleaner signal reads. Moreover, it minimizes sample loss for both short and long fragments, as it does not require repeated wash steps.

A comparison chart demonstrates similar sequencing performance from samples purified using the Thermo Fisher Scientific Xterminator Purification Kit (top) and the AdvancedSeq SupreDye™ XT Purification Kit (bottom).
