Description:

ADS™ Sequencing Reaction Cleaning Beads are magnetic beads designed for the purification of sequencing reactions. This kit is optimized for use with BigDye® Terminator and SupreDye™ cycle sequencing kits. Compared to other bead-based purification methods, it requires fewer wash steps and delivers cleaner electropherograms with reduced dye artifact frequency ("dye blobs"). With high efficiency in cleaning sequencing samples, this kit is ideal for high-throughput applications and offers cost-effective purification.
