Read moreDescription:
2X qPCR Master Mix (Dye-Based) is a ready-to-use reaction mixture designed for real-time qPCR detection and quantification of target DNA without the need for sequence-specific probes. The mix contains Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and stabilizing additives, all in a highly optimized buffer.
Thanks to the integrated intercalating fluorescent dye (a substitute for SYBR Green I), it enables reliable detection of amplified DNA with reduced PCR inhibition. The mix is optimized to minimize nonspecific amplification and primer-dimer formation, ensuring high specificity and sensitivity. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, such as gene expression quantification, genotyping, pathogen detection, and high-throughput analyses. The mix is compatible with most real-time thermal cyclers and can also be used for post-amplification melting curve analysis. The reduced number of pipetting steps minimizes the risk of contamination. It includes passive ROX dye for compatibility with various instrument platforms.
The image demonstrates that 2X qPCR Master Mix (Dye-Based) enables fast, sensitive, and specific real-time DNA detection. Amplification curves confirm reliable amplification, and dissociation analysis demonstrates high specificity with no by-products. The mix is therefore ideal for accurate quantification and gene expression analysis.
