Fluorescent probes
High sensitivity
Universal application

Description:

2X qPCR Master Mix (Probe-Based) is a ready-to-use reaction mixture designed for real-time PCR using fluorescent probes such as TaqMan or other sequence-specific probes. The mix contains Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and an optimized buffer, all prepared for immediate use – simply add primers, probe, and DNA template.

Amplification curves confirm the high sensitivity and efficiency of the 2X qPCR Master Mix (Probe-Based). Samples reach detectable signal levels at the expected cycle, indicating reliable and reproducible amplification without inhibition or significant delay. The product is therefore suitable for accurate real-time DNA quantification.
