Description:
This DNA ladder is ready-to-load and designed for sizing and quantification of double-stranded DNA fragments of the following sizes. It contains ten clearly distinguishable bands (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 kb), with the 4 kb band enhanced by a higher concentration for easier orientation on the gel.

- Ready-to-load: The mix is pre-blended with 6X DNA loading buffer, no additional preparation is required before gel application.
- For sizing and quantification: Ideal for determining the size and amount of double-stranded DNA fragments.
