Read moreDescription:
NGS Ligation Enzyme is an enzymatic reagent specifically designed for highly efficient ligation of NGS adapters to dA-tailed DNA fragments during next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation. The reagent is derived from the ligation step of BioDynami's NGS library prep kits and contains a ligation enzyme along with a specially formulated ligation buffer with enhancers for high library conversion efficiency.
Proprietary components in the buffer dramatically enhance the ligation of NGS adapters to dA-tailed DNA ends. The ligation reaction is performed at room temperature (20 °C) for just 20 minutes with excellent efficiency. The enzyme is also optimized for use with BioDynami End Repair/dA-Tailing Master Mix (Cat. No. 40104S; 40104L).
Features:
Fast reaction: Ligation completed in 20 minutes at room temperature (20 °C)
Convenient: Simple setup, suitable even for low DNA input (from 1 ng to 1 µg)
High efficiency: Enhanced library conversion due to unique buffer components
Optimized protocol: Ideal for use with BioDynami End Repair/dA-Tailing Master Mix
Applications:
Ligation of NGS adapters to dA-tailed DNA fragments during next-generation sequencing library preparation
High efficiency even with valuable or limited DNA samples
Product sizes:
24 reactions (Cat. No. 40105S)
96 reactions (Cat. No. 40105L)
