Description:
The Assay Tube Adaptor is a special adapter designed for the half-volume 100 µL assay for the Qubit fluorometer, enabling quantification tests with reduced reagent volumes. This allows reagent consumption and overall Qubit assay costs to be reduced by approximately 50% while maintaining measurement accuracy.
The adapter is used together with Assay Tubes (Half-Volume 100 µL Assay) and ensures correct positioning and reading of tubes in the Qubit fluorometer measurement chamber. It is compatible with BioDynami DNA/RNA quantification kits in half-volume (100 µL), including dsDNA Broad Range, High Sensitivity, and ssDNA/RNA kits.
