Description:

PwrPOP™-6 Polymer is a high-quality separation matrix designed for capillary electrophoresis, ideal for sequencing and fragment analysis. This polymer is commonly used for sequencing nucleotides near primer sites. It is compatible with AB 3500/3500XL genetic analyzers and provides reliable performance with the added benefit of usage tracking via RFID technology.

The RFID tag enables monitoring of polymer consumption and expiration, ensuring efficient laboratory inventory management.

The image shows the result of a sequencing sample analysis performed on the ABI 3130xl Genetic Analyzer using PwrPOP™ polymer. The data was processed using Sequencing Analysis software v5.4.
